In short, I can’t see myself buying from anywhere else moving forward. I didn’t have as much time as I’d wanted to figure out what I wanted so I set up an appointment with Seth Jones. Seth is phenomenal and made everything super easy while providing excellent service and insight. He was prepared, knowledgeable and most importantly he cared about making the process simple and smooth. To date, there is not a single employee at Thompson that I have not walked away feeling confident that they don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk. This extends from the sales floor to the parts counter. Seth has earned a customer for life with me and Thompson will be top of mind any time I or someone I know is in the market for a vehicle.
